This month, 1MFWF celebrates our second anniversary, and today also marks the first day of National Work & Family Month. Among the many activities we have planned to celebrate these occasions is a free webinar with 1MFWF Founder Sara Sutton and Director Emma Plumb, hosted by 1MFWF Supporter Catalyst. Please join us!
Webinar: Making Flexibility Work
Date: Thursday, October 15
Time: 2:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m. ET
Panelists: Sara Sutton, Emma Plumb, Amelia Costigan
At 1MFWF, we know that the advantages of flexibility are clear for both employees and employers. Business benefits include cost savings, reduced carbon footprint, disaster preparedness, and higher productivity. Employee benefits include lower stress, higher morale, and effective work/life integration. And yet, too many organizations are still reluctant to embrace this better way to work.
Are you a manager who’s still unsure about whether flexibility is right for you and your company? Are you an employee looking to flex, but not sure you’ll have support from your employer? It’s time to ask: why aren’t you flexing?
Join Sara Sutton, Founder of 1 Million for Work Flexibility, Emma Plumb, Director of 1 Million for Work Flexibility, and Amelia Costigan, Senior Associate at Catalyst, to learn practical tips for making flex work for you as an employer or employee.
Please note: This webinar has now ended. Watch the recording here.
