At 1MFWF, we’re passionate about work flexibility. That means we’re thinking about it in all different ways, and we find inspiration on it in all different places. We see how efforts to advance work flexibility relate to the suffragette movement. We get excited when cities incoporate flex into anti-traffic campaigns. We see flexibility as a sign of treating people with respect: respect for their right to control their own time and to make smart choices. We hope these posts will help inspire you to advance work flexibility in your own way.
